Dutch anti-fraud investigators say they have arrested four suspects for allegedly illegally exporting so-called dual use products to Iran.
They gave no details of what the illegal exports were. Dual use products can be used for either civilian or military ends.
Prosecutors said Tuesday the four were arrested in the southern province of Limburg and worked for an export company. Their identities were not released.
They are suspected of exporting products to Iran without Dutch government approval by falsifying customs and transportation documents.
Investigators searched 11 homes and offices across the Netherlands on Tuesday.
Prosecutors did not immediately return calls seeking more details.
