According to Ahwazi Human Rights Organisation (AHRO) the Revolutionary Court in Ahwaz city has issued the death sentence and imprisonment of seven Ahwazi Arab political activists from Shadegan (Alfalahieh).
Mr. Abdulreza Amir Khanafereh , son of Younes, born in 1366 (Iranian calendar), single, without previous criminal conviction, death sentence by hang, because of Mohareb Fi Alarath ( enemy with God & corruption on earth),
Mr. Abdul Amir Mojadami, son of Houshang, born in 1359, married with no history of criminal charges, death sentence by hang, because of Mohareb Fi Alarath ( enemy with God & corruption on earth),
Mr. Shahab Abbasi , son of Ahmad, was born in 1365, single with no history of criminal charges, death sentenced , charges: Mohareb Fi Alarath ( enemy with God & corruption on earth),
Mr. Ghazi Abbasi, son of Ahmad, was born in 1361, single, with no criminal record, death sentenced , charges: Mohareb Fi Alarath ( enemy with God & corruption on earth),
Mr. Jasem Moghaddam Payam, son of Saeed, single born 1364, without a previous criminal record, has been sentenced to three years imprisonment in Ardebil city, charges: Mohareb Fi Alarath ( enemy with God & corruption on earth
Mr. Sami Jadmawy Nejad, son of Aziz, born in 1360, single with no history of criminal charges, has been sentenced to three years imprisonment in Ardebil city, charges: Mohareb Fi Alarath ( enemy with God & corruption on earth),
Mr. Hadi Albo Khanfar Nejad, son of Abdul Kheder, born in 1360, married with no history of criminal charges, has been sentenced to three years imprisonment in Ardebil city, charges: Mohareb Fi Alarath ( enemy with God & corruption on earth),
The penalty/charges issued (No: 9010436300400791) by Prosecutors, according to Articles105, 183, 109 and 191of Islamic Criminal Law, detainees (from 1-4 named above) have been sentenced to death by hanger, according to paragraph 1 of Article 190 of the law.

Detainees named (5, 6 & 7 above) have been sentenced to three years imprisonment in exile in Ardabil city, according to penalties came in paragraph 4 of Article 193 of the law.

These charges have been issued indecisively and from date issued allow appealing to the Supreme Court.
While the Ahwaz human rights organisation (AHRO) condemns in the strongest terms these sentences and all other executions carried out by the Iranian regime against the Ahwazi Arabs and all other citizens of the peoples of Iran, it appeals to all humanitarian organisations and bodies in Iran and around the world to urge the Iranian authorities to immediately quash these sentences, halt all executions and release political prisoners in accordance with the universal human rights and international protocols and conventions.
