Sons and daughters of our Ahwazi Arab people,
oppressed peoples in Iran,
Over the past Sunday and Monday, the world closely followed the news of the crash of the helicopter carrying Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, and other members of the accompanying delegation. Although the details of the incident remain unclear, there are dozens of gaps and unanswered questions, which lead us to believe that the “engineer of death” himself, whose hands and government are stained with the blood of thousands of political activists and who played a role in suppressing the revolutionary movement called “Woman, Life, Freedom,” may be a victim of internal conflicts, especially as the country is on the brink of significant changes in the absence of the current Supreme Leader.
It is not a coincidence that this event occurred between the day of the Iranian president’s meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart, whom Tehran accuses of hosting Israeli bases near the Iranian border and taking part in smuggling archives and attacking nuclear stations, and just two days before the elections of the Assembly of Experts, which Ebrahim Raisi was the most likely to head. This assembly selects the next Supreme Leader. It is also not a coincidence that the helicopter carrying the president and his entourage crashed, while the other two helicopters reached their destination safely with no damages or difficulties. It is not a coincidence that the president’s helicopter crashed emitting no sound, fire, or smoke to show its location, and that the bodies of the entourage left scattered for over 14 hours, despite officials admitting that they spoke with one of the entourage members by phone for three hours.
We in the Ahwazi Democratic Solidarity Party had previously warned, on the occasion of the parliamentary and Assembly of Experts elections, that the internal conflicts and rivalries of the regime had reached their peak and were on the verge of surfacing, especially since the process of exclusion, elimination, and assassination has accompanied the history of the Islamic Republic from its inception until now, sparing only Ali Khamenei, while all other presidents have met this inevitable fate.
Today, after what has happened, we urgently raise this warning to all the sons of our Ahwazi Arab people and all the other peoples in Iran, that in the coming months and years, the country will witness the elimination of many current regime symbols in various ways, both natural and unnatural. This may lead to open armed conflicts supported by the Revolutionary Guard. Therefore, we call on our people and all Iranian society to be vigilant during this sensitive phase, which might lead the country into internal war, further political deadlock, and economic and moral downfall for the benefit of an extremist fundamentalist group led by the likes of Mojtaba Khamenei, Qalibaf, Mohammad Mokhber, and their affiliates.
The boycott of the upcoming elections, which will take place in about a month and a half, is the best way to undermine this suspicious project. We also call for active participation in the upcoming revolutionary wave, which we know with certainty will happen soon across the country, to slap these dwarfs in the face and to let the world know that the peoples of Iran, led by the Ahwazi Arab people, are aware of all their movements and will act at the right moment to bring them all to justice.
Long live our Ahwazi Arab people and the unity of the people in Iran.
Shame and disgrace to the Islamic Republic regime.
